Lá Library

La Library is a small Permaculture farm, a learning center and a farmstay for sustainable living established in 2017 in Ninh Binh, Vietnam.

We believe that life is a learning journey and doing is the best way. And since we should first learn about what have direct impact on our life; we have chosen two basic practices to meet the two most fundamental needs of all beings (specifically 'us'): Permaculture (for Real Food) and Natural Building (for True Houses).

The learning center was initially founded for us to learn how to grow our own food and how to build our own house with natural materials available around us. The more we do, the more we believe in our hands and in the people who have taught us more than any reading. The teaching is not only about know-how, but also, more importantly, about us.

Then, we want to share our experience by letting people do exactly what we have done. Throughout the year, we have organized workshops, internship programs and private classes for individuals and groups interested in our practices. When there are no courses, we also host people in our farm stay, so they can join our community where we work and enjoy life in Nature together.

We have made friends and even soulmates with like-minded people who have come stay awhile or enrolled in our courses, which makes us happy, feel connected and also grateful.  Being on the right path full of heart-felt experiences, we hope to continue this learning journey with more people.
